Abstract

To stay in the market, different businesses employ a variety of marketing strategies. It frequently relies upon their industry. It is vital to zero in on creating showcasing techniques to contend all the more really in the business market. These marketing strategies are important to the business and the industry as a whole's success. The study's goal is to learn about the various marketing strategies employed by various industries during COVID-19. Ethnocentrism, patriotism, panic buying, and online shopping are among the various marketing concepts discussed here. Strategies implemented during COVID-19 in a variety of industries, including the tourism, tea, SMEs, and appeal industries. Through this study, we have inquired about their adoption. In this way, this paper has evaluated the application of various marketing strategies in light of both the global and Sri Lankan contexts.
