COVID-19 이후 미용 전공 교수자들의 경험에 따른 온라인 미용 교육의 필요요소와 전망

목적 본 연구는 COVID-19 이후 실행된 온라인 수업에 대한 고등학교 교사와 대학교수의 경험을 탐색하고 이를 바탕으로 미용 전공 온라인교육의 미래를 전망하여 추후 지속 가능한 온라인교육에 방향성을 제시하며 더불어 해당 분야의 발전에 이바지하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 COVID-19 이후 본격적인 온라인 교육을 겪었던 미용 전공 고등학교 교사와 대학교수의 경험을 바탕으로 한 자료를 수집하였으며 그간의 온라인 교육 운영방식을 진단하고 미래를 예측 및 전망하였다. 자료의 분석은 대표적인 현상학적 분석방법인 Giorgi의 분석방법을 이용하여 연구자의 주관을 배제하고 연구 참여자들의 경험에 대한 의미를 밝히는 데 초점을 두었다. 결과 온라인 수업에 관한 일반적 경험에 대한 질문에서 연구 참여자들은 대체로 부정적인 경험을 언급했다. 연구참여자들은 지속 가능한 온라인교육을 위한 학습자들의 필요요소로 자기주도학습능력과 디지털기기 활용능력, 교수자의 필요요소로는 디지털기기 활용능력과 수업의 질, 기술적 필요요소로는 디지털기기의 지원과 촬영의 어려움 해소, 정부의 정확한 지침과 학교프로그램 구축 등을 언급하였다. 또한, 미용 전공 온라인교육의 전망에 대해 시간의 편리성과 반복 학습이 가능하다는 점에서 온라인교육의 장점이 있다고 하였으며 앞으로도 온라인 미용 교육은 지속될 것이라고 응답했다. 결론 본 연구는 COVID-19이후 온라인 수업을 경험한 교수자들의 경험을 바탕으로 온라인교육에 대한 경험과 지속 가능한 온라인교육을 위한 필요요소를 알아보고 미용 전공 온라인 교육의 전망을 제시하였으며 이는 추후에도 지속 될 온라인 미용 교육에 방향성을 제시하였다는 데 그 의의가 있으나 일부 사례에 국한되었다는 데 한계점이 있다. 따라서 이러한 연구는 추후 더욱 많은 사례의 검증과 의견도출로 이어져야 할 필요가 있으며 지속 가능한 온라인 교육을 위해 보다 다양한 의견과 다각도의 해결방법을 강구해야 할 것이다.

Objectives This study is to explore the experiences of high school teachers and university professors in online classes conducted after COVID-19, and to predict the future of online education in beauty majors, present directions for sustainable online education and contribute to the development of the field. Methods After COVID-19, data were collected based on the experiences of beauty high school teachers and university professors who had undergone full-fledged online education, and the operation method of online education was diagnosed, and the future was predicted. The analysis of the data focused on excluding the subjectivity of the researcher and revealing the meaning of the experience of the study participants using Giorgi's analysis method, a prominent phenomenological analysis method. Results In the question of the general experience of online classes, the study participants generally mentioned negative experiences. Participants in the study mentioned self-directed learning ability and digital device utilization ability as Student's necessary factors for sustainable online education, digital device utilization ability and class quality as Teacher's necessary factors, and resolution of difficulties in supporting and filming digital devices, and establishing accurate government guidelines and school programs as Technical necessary factors. In addition, regarding the prospect of online education for beauty majors, they said that online education has the advantage of time convenience and repetitive learning, and online beauty education will continue in the future. Conclusions Based on the experiences of teachers and professors who experienced online classes after COVID-19, this study found out the experiences of online education and the needs for sustainable online education, and presented the prospects of online beauty education, which is meaningful, but limited to some cases. Therefore, such research needs to lead to more verification of cases and opinions in the future, and more diverse opinions and solutions should be devised for sustainable online education.
