본 연구의 목적은 전문대학에서 비대면 상황이 지속될 경우를 대비하여 효과적인 수업과 진로·취업지도를 위해 필요한 정책적 시사점을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 수업과 진로·취업지도 영역에서 개선해야 할 점을 확인하기 위해 전라남도에 소재한 S전문대학 2학년 학생 20명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 비대면 수업에서 상호작용의 양과 질 모두 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 둘째, 비대면 상황에서의 진로·취업 지도는 지도 기회가 제한되면서 진로와 취업 관련 고민을 충분히 해소시켜주지 못하고 있었다. 셋째, 대학 생활에서도 교수의 지도와 안내가 필요한 전문대학 특성 상 상호작용할 기회가 축소되어 대학생활 전반에서 적응에 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 비대면 상황 시, 교육활동 전반에서 상호작용의 양적·질적 저하가 실제로 학생들의 수업과 진로·취업 준비에 어려움을 초래하는 것으로 확인하였다. 향후 비대면 상황이 지속될 것을 대비하여 전문대학은 보다 구체적이고 다양한 실질적인 정책적 개선 노력을 마련해야 한다. 이를 통해 학습과 진로·취업 지도에서 학생들의 어려움을 최소화 할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the policy implications necessary to provide effective classes, and career and job guidance at professional universities, if the current non-face-to-face situations persist in the long term. In-depth interviews were conducted with 20 sophomores from specialized university S (located in Jeollanam-do) to confirm the need for improvement in classes and career and job guidance. The results of the analysis showed that, first, both the amount and the quality of interactions in non-face-to-face classes have been challenging. Second, career and job guidance in non-face-to-face situations has not been able to fully resolve career- and job-related concerns due to the now-limited opportunities for guidance. Third, in college life, opportunities for interaction have been reduced owing to the characteristics of professional universities that require guidance and guidance by professors, making it difficult for students to adapt throughout their college lives. In the case of non-face-to-face situations, this study confirmed that the quantitative and qualitative degradation of interactions across educational activities actually causes difficulties in preparing students for classes, careers, and employment. In preparation for the possible continuation of non-face-to-face situations in the future, professional universities must come up with more specific and diverse practical policy improvements.
