The COVID-19 pandemic presents many medical and social issues for older people. Presented here is a range of information arising from related areas that have impact upon the safety and efficacy of drug therapy in the context of COVID-19. Issues include pharmacy practice, clinical therapeutics,
and possible new treatments for the virus. More information will be published in coming issues of The Senior Care Pharmacist.
