Abstract

COVID-19 has challenged China's traditional model of community governance. This article discusses the existing problems and optimization strategies of community gridding management, advocates the value concept of diversified governance, solves the problems of low efficiency of community governance, weak community emergency management ability and so on, and improves the resilience of community governance. This article puts forward some strategies, such as paying attention to special groups in communities, actively absorbing social forces, expanding informatization and digitization application scenarios, to establish the operation mechanism of the community and improve the ability of community governance under multiple risks.
