Tinggal di rumah dapat meningkatkan perilaku menetap dan menurun tingkat aktivitas fisik, yang telah dikaitkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perilaku masyarakat terhadap aktivitas fisikdi tempat tinggal selama pandemic coronavirus 19. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimental pre dan post desain. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif mengetahui distrubusi frekuensi berdasarkan pengetahuan sedangkan analisis analitik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil analisis deskriptif didapati karakteristik usia, jenis kelamin, dan pekerjaan. Distribusi berdasarkan usia terbanyak ditemukan di bawah 30 tahun 39 (70%). Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan lebih banyak perempuan dengan 34(68%). Sebagian besar masyarakat yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini belum bekerja yaitu sebanyak 82 orang (41,0%). Uji Normalitas menunjukan distribusi yang tidak normal dan tidak signifikan dalam uji Wilcoxon. Aktivitas fisik harus secara bertahap bertahap agar tidak berlebihan kelelahan, cedera otot, atau masalah kesehatan, mulai dari setidaknya 30-45 menit setiap hari hingga total 150–300 menit per minggu. Intensitas aktivitas fisik harus bervariasi sesuai dengan kondisi dan usia fisik masing-masing individu. Latihan harus diperkenalkan untuk meningkatkan tonus otot dan program kegiatan resistensi harus dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aerobik. Kesimpulannya, masyarakat menerapkan aktivitas fisik di tempat tinggal selama pandemic Covid-19.
