Abstract

In October 2020, THE COVID-19 Pandemic that erupted on the globe effecting every country on this planet, continued unabated till 2022, with no Health remedies until the Coronavirus vaccination shot could be developed by the pharma companies. By October 2020 the mass spread in Europe mainly Italy, England and spreading across the US. The health care system was not fully prepared or had no knowhow of controlling the pandemic. The health services were taken unawares, and no vaccine was at hand to control this spread. Until the Federal government and the administrative authorities declared COVID-19 as a threat to mankind there were no directives or companies were not motivated or asked to prepare a vaccine for this virus. Queries will assess to the extent which the recipient under various schemes achieved the desired facilities and rehabilitation in terms of monetary assistance, vaccine shots, rehabilitation of families, job and business situations, and renewed activities, after the Covid-19 pandemic.

The present study attempts to evaluate personal and socio-economic characteristics of the population availing benefits under various schemes introduced, Influence on socio-economic characteristics of the effected population on their rehabilitation, Cognitions of the society about the sources, rapid transmission of the virus, domains and barriers related to spread of the pandemic, Impact of constitutional and state legislative measures, state sponsored initiatives health care measures on the population. The problems of economically weaker sections, education and employment, judgement to non-compliance of protective measures during Covid-19, role of population in decision making process to contain the pandemic, economic activities and non-compliance, perception and obligations of population related to prestige and esteem and curbs rights assigned to the changing social context and free physical mobility of the population. State governments’ financial assistance to families for Rehabilitation of socially and economically weaker sections. The role of government bodies in social and economic rehabilitation of citizens and sources of financial assistance other than government agencies utilized by the population.

The present study further attempts to evaluate modernization of health care in the US after Covid-19, National debate on Healthcare; Billions on Incremental annual income in health system costs; social services, activities in Harris County. Preferential treatment during the Covid-19 pandemic. The percentage of people who adopted mandatory measures; Rehabilitation process social and economic; Total figure paying their own medical bills in the US. Total beneficiaries of Obamacare; Awareness of medical benefits enjoyed by USA citizens by government during Covid-19; States which had implemented Obamacare Healthcare emergency services in USA; Legislation to assist employment in USA; Reemployment services during Covid-19; Peoples participation in Covid-19 programs; Measures and requirement to contain Covid-19 in USA; Barriers and maintaining equality among citizens during Covid-19, in the USA.

For the success of the study the informants were sincerely selected to avoid bias, The respondents were selected with dexterity , all educated and working people of all ethnicity , ages and sex variables, An Interview schedule was prepared in English, It is objectively hoped the compilation of data material and related responses of informants and their successful characterization shall go a long way to prove as worthy informants in the chosen sphere of success of this research work conducted in 2022, a defining moment , to be studied post Covid-19 reoccurrence even in 2022 unabatedly. It will help the policy makers and modernization methods required for a better Health care services plans for the citizens of USA.
