Abstract: The Indian hospitality and tourism sector has grown tremendously in recent years. The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has not only disturbed the lifestyles of every individual but has also disrupted the pattern of education (Wood, 2002). Hospitality education, as an applied discipline, incorporates a strong link with its industry to teach hospitality students to stay current with industry trends. The outbreak of COVID-19 also deranged hospitality education (Kaushal and Srivastava, 2021). The unexpected closure of academic institutions globally has forced the concerned authorities to shift from traditional learning to online education (Shapoval et al., 2020). This study addresses the sudden paradigm shift of hospitality education into e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and focuses on the perceptions of the stakeholders associated with the hospitality and tourism industry such as the students pursuing hospitality and tourism, the faculty members and the hospitality industry experts in the hospitality education system.
