Evaluasi Adaptasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) di Proyek Cisauk Point Apartment pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia cenderung terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, terlebih lagi 32% kasus kecelakaan kerja yang ada di Indonesia terjadi pada sektor kontruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi adaptasi penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model countenance stake yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan evaluasi yaitu antecedents, transaction, dan output. Perolehan data didapatkan melalui wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner, dan observasi/studi dokumentasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proyek Cisauk Point Apartment adaptasi SMK3 secara keseluruhan sudah cukup baik, namun masih banyak kriteria-kriteria yang belum terlaksana dengan baik di proyek tersebut, seperti; pembentukan satgas COVID-19, kerjasama secara resmi dengan fasilitas kesehatan, pencegahan saat akan memasuki site proyek, penyuluhan COVID-19 dalam safety morning talk, dan pengukuran suhu tubuh setiap hari.Downloads
