연구목적 본 연구는 코로나19 시대, 무용산업 방향성에 대한 SWOT분석을 활용하여 무용 공연산업의 방향성 전망을 정확히 파악하고 이에 적합한 정책을 수립하고자 한다. 연구방법 2021년 12월 1일부터 2022년 3월 1일까지 20년 이상 전공한 무용전공자 9명을 대상으로 심층면담 기법을 적용하여 질적연구를 수행하였다. 결과 첫째, 강점요인 “국제교류”, “반복요소”, “시간적 공간적 자유”, 등, 둘째, 약점요인으로는 “현장에서의 생동감”, “몰입도 저하”, “쌍방향 소통의 부재”, 등이 도출되었다. 셋재, 기회요인은 “대중성”, “높은 접근성”, “무용 플랫폼의 가능성”, 등 넷째, 위협요인으로는 “저작권”, “현장감 상실”, “공연장 운영 및 무용수의 위기”가 도출되었다. 결론 무용 플랫폼 공연은 자유로운 시간과 공간으로 인해 공연산업 발전에 매우 중요한 요소로 작용하며, 새로운 수익창출과 공연산업 그리고 무용의 대중화를 촉진하는 기회라고 할 수 있으나 온라인 공연으로 현장감이 떨어지고 관객과의 쌍방향 소통 부재, 생동감, 등의 위기 요인과 불법복제, 예술인들에게 정신적, 경제적 피해, 등의 위협요인은 예술인들에게 큰 문제를 양산할 것이라 사료된다.

PURPOSE Therefore, this study intends to accurately grasp the prospect of the direction of the dance industry by using SWOT analysis of the direction of the dance industry in the era of COVID-19 and establish appropriate policies. METHOD From December 1, 2021 to March 1, 2022, a qualitative study was conducted by applying the in-depth interview technique to experts in the field of dance. RESULT First, the strength factors “international exchange”, “repetition factor”, “temporal and spatial freedom”, etc. Second, weakness factors include “liveliness in the field”, “low immersion”, “lack of interactive communication”, etc were derived. Third opportunity factors are “popularity”, “high accessibility”, “possibility of a dance platform” Fourth, as threats factors, “copyright”, “loss of sense of presence”, and “crisis of performance hall operation and dancers” were derived. CONCLUSION Dance platform performance act as a very important factor in the development of the performance industry due to their free time and space, and are an opportunity to generate new revenue, promote the performance industry, and popularize dance. Crisis factors such as absence, vitality, etc., and threat factors such as illegal reproduction and psychlolgical and economic damage to artists are thought to produce great problems for artists.
