Abstract

This study is aimed at studying the problems of conflicts in the organization in the conditions of coronavirus infection and finding ways to solve or prevent conflicts. Conflicts in an organization in emergency are a frequent and predictable phenomenon. Basically, conflicts in the organization arise due to salary delays, violations of working conditions, overwork and communication complications. To solve these problems, a number of measures are proposed in the article.
