Stress, Kecemasan dan Depresi selama Masa Pembelajaran Daring Pandemi Covid-19 pada Mahasiswa

Abstract


Kondisi pandemi covid-19 yang sudah berlangsung kurang lebih selama 1 (satu) tahun ini, memicu perubahan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu yang terdampak adalah aspek pendidikan yang mengeluarkan kebijakan pembelajaran daring, yang mana kebijakan ini mempengaruhi kondisi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran baik secara fisik dan psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap keadaan emosional mahasiswa berkaitan dengan tingkat stres, kecemasan dan depresi selama pembelajaran daring. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale 42 (DASS-42) dengan jumlah partisipan n = 107. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa jenjang pendidikan strata-1 dan berusia 18 – 22 tahun, mengalami keadaan emosional negatif yang mengarah pada gejala kecemasan. Hal ini dipicu oleh kondisi pembelajaran daring yang sulit untuk berkonsentrasi, rasa khawatir akan masa depan dan aktivitas akademik lain yang terhambat. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan untuk membuat kebijakan terkait pembelajaran daring dan penanganan yang tepat untuk kondisi psikologis mahasiswa selama masa pandemi.
