코로나19로 인한 불안, 우울, 학습만족도가 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향

목적 본 연구는 코로나19 확산으로 인해 이론교육과 교내⋅외 실습교육을 병행해야 하는 간호대학생들이 느끼는 불안, 우울, 학습만족도, 대학생활 적응 정도를 파악하여 간호교육에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 방법 B 대학의 간호대학생 2학년부터 4학년까지 138명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집을 위한 설문조사는 2020년 12월 4일부터 2021년 1월 10일까지 연구자가 학생들에게 연구에 관해 설명 후 온라인 설문지로 설문을 시행하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응에 영향을 주는 요인은 우울이었으며(F=56.919, p<.001) 설명력은 38%였다. 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응은 불안(r=-.398, p<001), 우울(r=-.622, p<.001)과 음의 상관관계를 가지며 학습만족도(r=.240, p=.021)와 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 통해 코로나19 이후에 학생들이 느끼는 불안, 우울을 이해하고, 대학생활의 적응을 돕기 위한 학생 개인별 특성을 고려한 수업전략과 학습만족도 향상을 위한 교육환경의 개선이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to provide basic data necessary for nursing education by investigating the effect of Coronavirus Disease-19(COVID-19) anxiety, depression, learning satisfaction, and degree of adaptation to college life experienced by nursing students who have to conduct theoretical education and on-campus and off-campus practical education. Methods The subjects were 138 nursing students from 2nd to 4th grade in Area B. The survey for data collection was conducted from December 4, 2020 to January 10, 2021. After the researchers explained their research to the students, they conducted the survey with an online questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson’s correlation, ANOVA, Multiple Regression. Results The factor influencing nursing students' adaptation to college life was depression (F=56.919, p<.001), and the explanatory power was 38%. Nursing college students' adaptation to college life had a negative correlation with anxiety (r = -.398, p <001), depression (r = -.622, p<.001), and positive correlation with learning satisfaction (r = .240, p = .021). Conclusions Through the results of this study, I think that it is necessary to understand the anxiety and depression that students feel after Corona 19, and to improve the educational environment to improve the learning satisfaction and the class strategy considering individual characteristics of each student to help them adapt to college life.
