The purpose of this study is to provide the method or new approach of “Sasteraya” as the method to enhance the activity in appreciate the Malay literature subject in school which to develop the role model, increase the comprehension level and knowledge among the students. This method will help the students to understand the creative process and the authorship from the the novel author named “Naratif Ogonshoto” which is SN Datuk Anwar Ridwan and assisting the development of students that have positive role model, creative and critical to achieve the National Education Philosophy. The literatures module that has been created is using the advance virtual reality technology (Sasteraya). This study is also using the combination of methodology in Design and Development Research (Richey & Klein) and the prototype model (Sommerville, 2016). The implementation of this study has been done through three phases which are the analysis, design and development and the phase of development and evaluation. The module evaluation has been done through the method of pre-experimental which involving 75 secondary school students that taken the Malay literature subject as the participants. The descriptive data analysis module evaluation has found that the response from the students towards the methods or approaches are good and suitable with the implementation of Sasteraya in learning the Malay literature. The respondents agreed that the advance virtual reality technology is the new technology that suitable to be integrate in the learning of Malay literature subject. The findings of this study has given an insight that the module of “Sasteraya” which developed by using the advance virtual reality technology has a potential to increase the comprehension and appreciation regarding the text novel “Naratif Ogonshoto”
