• 摘要： 2020 年新型冠状病毒感染在国内外蔓延。在这个特殊时期，作为特殊 弱势群体的孕妇，面对妊娠和疫情双重压力，需要产科和心理工作者共同加以 的关注。本文调查了 1763 名孕产妇疫情期间的心理状况（主要是焦虑情绪和抑 郁情绪），发现疫情期间孕妇出现焦虑情绪（51.1%）高于一般时期孕妇的焦虑 发生率（23.3%），同时也高于疫情下普通民众焦虑发生率（18.0%）；孕妇出现 抑郁情绪（36.9 %）高于一般时期孕妇抑郁发生率（14.2%），同时也高于疫情 下普通民众抑郁发生率（10.3%）。所以疫情期间孕妇产生心理问题风险增加， 需要我们更加关注，帮助其渡过心理动荡期并且顺利生产。
• Novel coronavirus infection is spreading at home and abroad in 2020. In this special period, as a special vulnerable group of pregnant women, facing the dual pressure of pregnancy and epidemic, obstetrics and psychological workers need to pay attention together. This paper investigated the psychological status of 1,763 pregnant women during the epidemic (mainly anxiety and depression), and found that the incidence of anxiety among pregnant women during the epidemic period (51.1%) was higher than that of pregnant women in the general period (23.3%), and the incidence of anxiety among the general public during the epidemic period (18.0%). The incidence of depression in pregnant women (36.9%) was higher than that in the general period (14.2%), and it was also higher than that in the general population (10.3%). Therefore, pregnant women are at increased risk of psychological problems during the epidemic, and we need to pay more attention to them to help them get through the period of psychological turmoil and give birth smoothly.
