GAMBARAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN PASCA COVID-19

Pasien pasca Covid-19 mengalami perubahan kualitas hidup setelah terinfeksi Covid-19. Penilaian kualitas hidup dapat berubah tergantung pada status kesehatan, psikologis serta dukungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup pasien pasca Covid-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 94 orang di salah satu komunitas Covid-19 yang ada di Indonesia menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuisioner WHOQOL-BREF (World Health Organization Quality of Life- Bref) yang telah di uji validitas. Uji analisa data menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan distribusi frekuensi untuk menggambarkan karakteristik pasien pasca Covid-19 dan kualitas hidup pasien pasca Covid-19. Sebagian besar memiliki kualitas hidup yang buruk, yaitu 51 orang (54,3%). Kualitas hidup berdasarkan domainnya yang terendah adalah kesehatan fisik dengan rata-rata 51,43 dan yang tertinggi hubungan dengan lingkungan dengan rata-rata 66,10. Pasien pasca Covid-19 memiliki kualitas hidup yang buruk hal ini dipengaruhi oleh gangguan pada kesehatan fisik yang ditimbulkan pasca Covid-19.
