Abstract

The COVID-19 crisis significantly transformed approaches to workplace organization, employment, forms and technologies of professional work activities, causing significant changes in systemic human resource management. A huge number of businesses and organizations found themselves facing the need to move their employees to out-of-office employment. The practice of working remotely, which has become a necessity for many employers in the period since March 2020, has necessitated the transformation of human resource management and personnel management, since remote employment forms new features not only in the performance of work, but also in the provision of the workplace, work safety, training of personnel, etc. Which means that the whole range of personnel work should be adapted to the remote format. The purpose of the presented work is to consider the prospects of reforming approaches to personnel management through indicators of remote employment, massively prevalent during the COVID-19 pandemic.
