ÖZET
Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, hemşirelerde koronavirüs hastalığı- 2019 [coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19)] aşısının kabulü ve kararsızlığının belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma tanımlayıcı olarak 11 ve 22 Ocak 2021 tarihleri arasında Ordu Üniversitesi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nin farklı birimlerinde çalışan 245 hemşire ile yürütüldü. Araştırmaya başlamadan önce İl Sağlık Müdürlüğü'nden izin, etik kurul onayı ve hemşirelerden sözel onam alındı. Veriler, 'Sosyodemografik ve Çalışma Yaşamına İlişkin Bilgi Formu', 'COVID-19 ve Aşı İle İlişkili Görüş Formu' kullanılarak toplandı. Veriler, tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve ki-kare kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Araştırmada yer alan hemşirelerin %13,5'inin COVID-19'la ilgili birimlerde çalıştığı, %94'ünün grip aşısını yaptırmadığı, %24'ünün ise COVID-19 hastalığını geçirdiği belirlendi. Hemşirelerin %40'ı COVID-19 aşısını yaptırmada kararsız olduklarını, %14,3'ü ise aşıyı yaptırmayı düşünmediklerini bildirdi. Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin %69'unun COVID-19 aşısı hakkında yeterince bilgisinin olmadığı, %81'inin yan etkiler konusunda, %77'sinin ise aşının etki süresi belirsiz olduğu için endişeli oldukları, %60,8'inin aşının kalite kontrolü ile ilgili belirsizlik olduğunu düşündüğü, %55'inin medyada yer alan yan etki ve diğer olumsuz haberlerden dolayı korktuğu, %59,6'sının aşının kanıta dayalı testler olmadan aceleye getirildiğine inandığı belirlendi. Hemşirelerin COVID-19 aşısını kabul durumu ile çalışılan birim, grip ve Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın önerdiği aşıları yaptırma durumu, COVID-19 hastalığını geçirme ve COVID-19'dan korkma durumları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlendi (p<0,05). Sonuç: Çalışmada, hemşirelerin yarısından fazlasının COVID-19 aşısını yaptırmada kararsızlık yaşadıkları ya da reddetme niyetinde oldukları belirlenmiş olup, gelecekteki aşılama programlarında başarı sağlanması, aşı kabulünün artırılması ve sağlık çalışanlarının ve halkın sağlığının korunması için aşı kararsızlığı ve reddinin önlenmesi konusunda çalışmalar yapılması önerilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the acceptance and hesitancy of the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) vaccine in nurses. Material and Methods: The descriptive research was completed with 245 nurses employed in different units Ordu University Education-Research Hospital from 11-22 January 2021. Before beginning the research, permission was granted by the Provincial Directorate of Health and ethics committee, and verbal consent was obtained from nurses. Data collection used the 'Information Form related to Sociodemographic and Working Life' and the 'Opinion Form related to COVID-19 and Vaccine'. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistical program with descriptive statistics and chi-square test. Results: Among the nurses, 13.5% worked in units related to COVID-19, 94% stated they had not received flu vaccines and, 24% of nurses had been infected with COVID-19 disease. 40% reported they were hesitancy about having the COVID-19 vaccine and, 14.3% of the nurses participating in the study stated that they did not think of getting the COVID-19 vaccine. In terms of vaccines, 69% of nurses stated they did not have sufficient information about the COVID-19 vaccine, 81% were concerned about side effects and 77% about the uncertain effect duration, 60.8% considered there were uncertainties about quality control of the vaccine, 55% stated they were afraid due to side effects and other negative news in the media and 59.6% believed the vaccine was produced in a hurry without evidence-based tests. There were significant correlations between nurse acceptance of COVID-19 vaccine with the unit of employment, receiving flu vaccines, receiving vaccinations recommended by the Ministry of Health, COVID-19 infection and fear of COVID-19 (p<0.05). Conclusion: In the study, it was determined that more than half of nurses experienced hesitancy about, or intended to reject, the COVID-19 vaccine. It is recommended that studies be performed about preventing vaccine hesitancy and rejection to ensure the success of future vaccination programs, to increase vaccine acceptance and to protect the health of health employees and the public.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
