This study investigated the effects of medical tourism on the safety of food and beverages related to industrial revolution and medical tourism with the sudden corona virus (COVID-19) in the process of progress and development by integrating medical tourism with the 4th industrial revolution for human health promotion. I wanted to know. The 4th Industrial Revolution increases medical tourism and medical tourism has a positive effect on the health promotion of medical tourists. Most importantly, the impact of medical tourism on health promotion performance depends on food safety and the coronavirus(COVID-19) environment. In particular, the relationship between medical tourism and health promotion of medical tourists was most negatively negative when coronavirus(COVID-19) was intense and food safety was low. The regulatory effects of covid-19 and food safety presented in this study provide implications for safe food promotion for health promotion in related fields.
