We describe a previously healthy girl with positive serum SARS-CoV-2 antibodies and acute neurological deficits associated with elevated MOG antibodies one month after an asymptomatic COVID-19 infection.
Examination, imaging, and laboratory findings were consistent with MOG antibody disorder (MOGAD). MOGAD is a distinct demyelinating disorder, with different clinical phenotypes, biomarkers, and outcomes from multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder. Lack of CSF-specific
