Abstract

Bipolar fuzzy graphs have numerous applications ubiquitously including decision-making problems, and it is a vigorous tool for analyzing real-life problems based on double-sided decision which is positive and negative sides. This world is fully replenished with competition and uncertainty. With this hint, the bipolar fuzzy competition graphs are defined when two vertices have a common out-neighbourhood. A concept of the bipolar fuzzy p-competition graph can be designed when two vertices have p number of common out-neighbourhood. The participation of competition plays an important role in every competitions and it can be analyzed by the number of components. In this article, various characteristics of bipolar fuzzy competition graphs such as low, high, semi-perfect and perfect competitive bipolar fuzzy competition and p-competition graphs are defined using number of the components. Also, some important results of the proposed graphs are derived. ARAS technique is one of the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) models that help decision-makers select an appropriate alternative. To analyze with the bipolar view, the MCDM problem is worked under bipolar fuzzy environment. Therefore, the present study builds a new system of ARAS technique under the field of bipolar fuzzy using entropy weights. A remarkable application is taken to find the competition between the COVID-19 vaccines against the variants, namely Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Omicron. To elucidate the applicability of the proposed ARAS technique, the vaccines against the severe variants of COVID-19 are taken to prioritize them with their efficacy rate. Moreover, the sensitive performance and comparative and are done with extant techniques to validate the outcomes of the proposed one.
