본 연구의 주요한 목적은 코로나-19시대 대학생을 대상으로 홈트레이닝을 활용한 신체운동이 회복탄력성과 심리적 안녕감의 정신건강을 증가시킬 수 있는지 그 효과를 입증하고자 하였다. 연구가설은 첫째, 홈트레이닝 참여 집단은 통제집단보다 회복탄력성이 증가할 것이다. 둘째, 홈트레이닝 참여 집단은 통제집단보다 심리적 안녕감이 증가할 것이다. 연구는 실험집단 60명, 통제집단 61명으로 모두 121명이 참여하였다. 주요한 연구결과는 첫째, 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 회복탄력성 및 그 하위요인에서 모두 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 심리적 안녕감 및 그 하위요인에서 모두 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 홈트레이닝 프로그램 참여가 회복탄력성과 심리적 안녕감을 향상시킴을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 추후 보다 효과적인 홈트레이닝 프로그램을 개발하고 다양한 운영 방안을 통해 효과를 검증할 수 있는 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to identify effect of physical exercise using home training on college students in the COVID-19 on psychological health of resilience and psychological well-being. The research hypothesis is that first, the home training participation group will have higher resilience than the control group. Second, the home training participation group will have more psychological well-being than the control group. A total of 121 students participated in the study, 60 in the experimental group and 61 in the control group. The main research results were significant differences in resilience and its sub-factors of the experimental group compared to the control group. Second, there were significant differences in psychological well-being and its sub-factors of the experimental group compared to the control group. This study is meaningful in that it revealed that participation in physical exercise using home training improves resilience and psychological well-being, which are positive psychological resources. In the future, it is necessary to develop more effectiveness through various operation plans.
