Kršenja univerzalnih ljudskih prava i progon SPC u Crnoj Gori u vreme epidemije COVID-19

Sažetak


U Republici Crnoj Gori je krajem 2019. godine donet Zakon o slobodi vjeroispovijesti koji je izazvao proteste i masovne litije od decembra 2019. do marta 2020. godine. Nakon izbijanja epidemije COVID-19 vlasti u Podgorici su faktički ukinule slobodu okupljanja i slobodu veroispovesti. Tako su vlasti u Crnoj Gori, pod opravdanjem hitne društvene potrebe ili zaštite javnog zdravlja, neproporcionalno i nesrazmerno postupale za vreme epidemije. Na taj način su prekršene međunarodne konvencije koje garantuju univerzalnu zaštitu slobode veroispovesti i odredbe koje zabranjuju diskriminaciju. Epidemija COVID-19 iskorišćena je od strane vlasti za obračun sa SPC u Crnoj Gori radi stvaranja nekanonske CPC, oduzimanja crkvene imovine i nametanja odredbi nelegitimnog i nelegalnog Zakona o slobodi vjeroispovijesti.
