Abstract

Most enterprises, due to the epidemiological situation in the world, are faced with serious problems that they still have to experience even further. The main problems are: a decrease in revenue, the risk of infection of personnel, uncertainty in the prospects, disruptions in supply chains. In these conditions, the state is making certain efforts to support small businesses. However, as practice shows, these measures turn out to be ineffective, since small businesses either do not know about them or do not fall under their influence. Therefore, it is very important to take a comprehensive approach to the issue of supporting small businesses in a pandemic and make a decision, taking into account the opinion of the SME participants themselves, which is what this article is about.
