Produtividade acadêmica feminina durante a pandemia de COVID-19: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

A pandemia de Covid-19 afetou, entre outras coisas, a rotina de inúmeras pessoas. Devido a essa mudança repentina no modo como tiveram que lidar com o trabalho e produtividades no que diz respeito aos estudos, outras adaptações tiveram que ser feitas. Este estudo realiza uma revisão sistemática para avaliar os trabalhos já existentes sobre a produtividade acadêmica durante a Pandemia de Covid-19, sob uma perspectiva de gênero. Através dos resultados obtidos foi possível reafirmar a preocupação com a baixa produtividade acadêmica. E ainda, perceber que os maiores desafios enfrentados pelas mulheres após o isolamento social, são reflexos do aumento de suas responsabilidades.
