Ингибиторы протонной помпы и риск развития пневмонии: насколько опасно использовать эти препараты в период пандемии?

Аннотация. Проблема пандемии COVID-19 является приоритетной для мирового медицинского сообщества. Одна из центральных тем, которая обсуждается в свете оптимизации профилактики этого заболевания, – потенциальное негативное влияние ряда лекарственных средств, широко используемых в терапевтической практике, на развитие COVID-19. Так, предметом дискуссии стала безопасность ингибиторов протонной помпы (ИПП): имеются данные, что их прием ассоциируется с повышением риска развития внебольничных пневмоний. В последние месяцы был опубликован ряд исследований, демонстрирующих связь между регулярным использованием ИПП и риском развития тяжелых форм COVID-19. Тем не менее во многих ситуациях применение этого класса препаратов жизненно необходимо. В конечном итоге назначение этих препаратов в период пандемии COVID-19 должно проводится по четким показаниям, после тщательной оценки возможной пользы и потенциального вреда.
