Abstract

Pesatnya lonjakan teknologi digital dan ditambah dengan konektivitas internet telah menjadi pembelajaran bagi lingkungan dan memberikan peluang luar biasa pada pendekatan pembelajaran di abad ke-21. Sedangkan digitalisasi sangatlah penting dimasukkan ke dalam pengajaran, sehingga ketersediaan fasilitas harus cukup dan guru harus siap dengan keterampilan yang memadai. Sejalan dengan faktra tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun persepsi guru tentang keefektifan pembelajaran online selama pandemi COVID-19. Studi ini juga mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan yang mendasari pembelajaran online yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survei deskriptif; dengan target populasi 150 guru dan sampel diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner survei sebagai instrumen utama pengumpulan data. Analisis data mengandalkan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, dengan data yang disajikan menggunakan tabel. Hasil studi ditemukan guru memiliki persepsi positif tentang pengajaran online meskipun banyak tantangan yang menghalangi keefektifannya. Rekomendasi tersebut menyarankan pengarusutamaan pembelajaran online ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan.
