본 연구의 목적은 코로나19환자 돌봄에 대한 감염병전담병원 간호사의 실제적인 경험을 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구에 참여한 대상자는 C시의 1개 감염병전담병원에 근무하는 8명의 간호사로 코로나19 환자 간호에 참여한 자들이며, 자료수집을 위해 심층면담이 수행되었다. 자료수집기간은 2021년 3월 15일부터 6월 3일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 도출된 5개의 주제 모음은 다음과 같다. 1) 준비되지 못한 낯선 돌봄 현장에 내몰려짐 2) 극도의 불안과 스트레스로 소진되어감 3) 코로나19환자를 돌보기 위해 혼신을 다함 4) 코로나19환자 돌봄에 익숙해짐 5) 효과적인 코로나19환자 돌봄을 위한 성찰이었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 의료자원교육 준비와 실무지침 마련에 도움이 될 것으로 사료되며, 추후 감염병 전담병원 간호사들 감염관리에 영향을 미치는 구조적인 관계나 요인에 대한 연구가 이루어지길 제언하는 바이다.

This study is conducted to investigate the nurse’s practical experience on the COVID-19 patient care in the infectious disease hospital. Eight nurses in one infectious disease hospital in C city were underwent in-depth interviews from Mar. 15 to June 3, 2021. The collected data were analyzed according to the procedure of the phenomenological method of Colaizzi. The following five theme clusters were derived: 1) Non-cared patients in the care site as unprepared and unfamiliar 2) Exhausted status by extreme anxiety and stress 3) Do the best taking care of COVID-19 patients 4) Become accustomed with taking care of patients with Corona 19 5) Effective reflection of taking care of COVID 19 patients. Based on the previous results, it is expected to be helpful for the preparation of medical resourses and practical guideline. It is also suggested that the research on the effect of structural relationship and factors on the management of the nurses working in the infectious disease hospital will be carried out in the later.
