Recognize affects that the COVID-19 pandemic's initial "quarantine period” had on the dietary habits of adults in the United States.
As the COVID-19 pandemic initially spread throughout the United States in March 2020, extensive stay at home orders were mandated, and Americans were either forced to work from home, put on furlough or permanently laid off by employers. Limited information is available in regards to how periods of prolonged isolation and stressors provoked by a pandemic impact food
