Abstract

The article examines the relevance of transformation processes in the activities of Russian enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors provide data on the current state of such processes in today's practice, show the benefits of digital transformation, and ways to implement it. The article shows that only the use of a systematic approach in the implementation of transformation processes is able to neutralize the negative conse-quences of the coronavirus pandemic in business practice and activate them as a driver for the development of modern enterprises when they overcome crisis phenomena.
