Forderungen zum Schutz vor SARS-CoV-2 im Justizvollzug
Abstract
Zusammenfassung.Hintergrund: Das Regionalbüro Europa der WHO hat einen Leitfaden publiziert, der sich dem Thema Umgang mit der Corona-Erkrankung (COVID-19) widmet. Ziel: Im Folgenden werden die im Leitfaden empfohlenen Maßnahmen um weitere Forderungen v. a. für drogenabhängige Gefangene ergänzt.
Abstract.Background: The World Health Organization, Regional Office for Europe has published interim guidance material on how to deal with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in prisons and other places of detention. Aim: The measures recommended in the guidance will be complemented by additional demands, especially for drug dependent prisoners.
