코로나19 (COVID-19 pandemic) 상황의 간호학과 교수의 온라인 강의경험

목적 본 연구는 코로나19로 인해 실시된 간호대학교수들의 온라인 강의 경험을 탐색하고자 실시하였다. 방법 본 연구를 위해 2학기 이상 코로나19 온라인 강의 경험이 있는 대구, 부산, 그리고 수원 소재 대학에 근무 중인 간호학과 교수7명을 모집하였고, 연구 참여자의 동의를 얻어 2022년 1월 7일부터 1월 18일 동안 ZOOM 화상면담과 전화 통화로 자료 수집을하였다. 수집된 자료는 경험의 구체적인 의미와 본질을 발견할 수 있는 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구 방법 과정을 사용하여 연구 참여자의경험을 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과는 ‘온라인이라는 두려운 벽에 부딪힘’, ‘단절과 무가치 속에서 헤맴’, ‘온라인 속에 스며든 열정과 지원’, ‘온라인 강의의앞날을 기대해 봄’, ‘그럼에도 성장한 나’의 총 5개의 상위 주제와 13개의 하위 주제, 26개의 의미 단위가 도출되었다. 결론 연구결과를 바탕으로 코로나19 이후 간호대학교수의 온라인 강의 경험을 현상학적 관점에서 이해할 수 있는 근거자료를 제공함으로써 온라인 강의로 접어든 대학에 온라인 강의 개선방안 및 발전방향을 제시하였다.

Objectives This study was conducted to explore the online lecture experiences of professors at nursing universities conducted due to COVID-19. Methods For this study, seven nursing professors working at universities in Daegu, Busan, and Suwon with experience in online lectures for more than two semesters were recruited, and data were collected through ZOOM video interviews and phone calls from January 7, 2022. The collected data analyzed the experience of the study participants using Giorgi's phenomenological research method process, which can discover the specific meaning and essence of the experience. Results The results of the study resulted in a total of five top topics, 13 sub topics, and 26 semantic units: “Falling Against the Fearful Wall of Online,” “Wandering in Disconnection and Value,” “Passion and Support permeated online,” “Looking forward to the future of online lectures,” and "I Still Grow Up. Conclusions Based on the research results, by providing evidence to understand the online lecture experience of nursing college professors after COVID-19 from a phenomenological point of view, measures to improve online lectures and development directions were presented to universities that have entered online lectures.
