This study was intended to study the operational experience of youth sports club operators due to corona19. First, open questionnaires were used to explore the experience of youth sports clubs. The open-ended questionnaire consisted of 5 items concerning demographic characteristics, 1 item concerning difficulties with management due to COVID-19, and 1 item concerning efforts at normalization. In the population of youth club managers, convenience sampling was performed to get a valid sample of data from 45 persons from April 1 to 30, 2020. Second, four youth sport club managers were chosen to complement and explain the results from the open-ended questions and have in-depth interview from June 6 to 30, 2020. Inductive categorical analysis was carried out to generate categories and meanings that could comprehensively explain the collected data in general and the qualitative data from the in-depth interviews were recorded on a case-by-case basis and complemented and explained through analysis with the themes related to the results from quantitative research. Through this procedure, the following results were obtained: 305 pieces of the first raw data were drawn as a result of conceptualization of the phenomena found in the open-ended questionnaire. First, four key categories are financial difficulties, difficulties with interpersonal relationships, difficulties in securing facilities, and difficulties in running programs. Second, four key categories are disease control, management of sports club member, financing, and reliable management.

본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 유소년스포츠클럽 경영자의 운영 경험에 대하여 연구하고자 하였다. 첫째, 유소년스 포츠클럽 운영 경험을 탐색하기 위하여 개방형 설문지를 활용하였다. 개방형 설문지는 인구통계학적 특성 5문항, 코로나 19로 인한 경영의 어려움 1문항, 정상화를 위한 노력 1문항으로 구성하였다. 유소년 클럽 운영자를 모집단으로 선정 후 편의추출법을 사용하여 2020년 4월 1일 ~ 2020년 4월 30일까지 45인의 자료를 유효 표본으로 사용하였다. 둘째, 개방 형 설문을 통한 결과에 대한 보완 및 설명을 위하여 유소년스포츠클럽 운영자 4인을 선정하여 2020년 6월 6일부터 6월 30일까지 심층면담을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료의 내용을 전체적으로 포괄하여 설명해 줄 수 있는 범주 및 의미를 생성하 였고 심층면담을 통한 질적 자료의 내용은 사례별로 기록한 후 양적 연구 결과와 관련된 주제로 분석하여 보완·설명 하였다. 이와 같은 절차를 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 개방형 설문지를 통해 나타난 현상을 개념화 시킨 결과로서 원자료 305개를 추출하였다. 첫째, 경제적 어려움, 대인관계 어려움, 시설확보 어려움, 프로그램 운영 어려움 등으로 4개의 핵심 범주가 도출되었다. 둘째, 질병관리, 회원관리, 재원마련, 신뢰경영 등으로 4개의 핵심범주가 도출되었다.
